Hi, my name is Chris. I am 40 years old, married to Sharon and have 2 young children. I have Chiari and Syringomyelia and went through Decompression surgery in April 2009. The aim of this blog is to raise awareness of this condition and offer support by way of helpful information to other sufferers. This blog represents my own experiences, those of my friends and people that I have met with these conditions and the great advice that I have been offered and my journey towards either acceptance or recovery.

I reckon the greater sacrifice is the wax! I cannot in good conscience vote for you to do something which could quite easily hurt your neck, not worth the risk :)
thought long and hard about this one, but as i very stupidly voluntered to join you in a parachute jump, my vote will deffo have to go to. . . . the wax, ha ha pain for you and a good laugh for me and sha into the deal! good wholesome entertainment :-)
I did it once on my chest for charity and it looked like a Political map of Russia for about three weeks after, especially when someone told me to use tea Tree Oil on it and I did. Ouch!
Hahaha brilliant mate, I am just thankfull that I am not blessed with the same amount of body hair as Mike CJ as it looks like it is leaning towards less "air" and more "hair" or the other way round ......whichever way you look at it?

Not you Shaz. You need the biggest, hairiest bloke to do that job.
Hey Chris
Hope you're well. What a great idea; the options really made me smile and I'm afraid the waxing got my vote!
TC and good luck.

Hahaha - Sign in and vote up the top then...at the moment there's only 2 votes registered. As I said I will go for whichever option wins!
I do NOT understand anybody who wants to jump out of a perfectly good and working plane so my vote is the waxing! :o)
