I have decided that it's time to open up a Chiari T-shirt and merchandise shop after having had lots of questions about how the forum and blog can be supported and where people can get branded stuff from.

Unlike other places, this shop will be branded purple and not Teal! Purple is the colour and always will be.

The prices aren't cheap as most on-line shops have us where they want us, however between £1 and £2 per item will go directly to the following places:

1. www.chiari.co.uk which is the forum that many people find help, support and friendship from a great and ever growing bunch of people. I got lots of support from there and would love to be able to support its future.

2. www.chiariblog.co.uk which is my own blog that I have funded privately since its beginnings. it does cost money to host and run and would love just to cover that cost and no more.

3. www.zipperheadsuk.blogspot.com which is Darren's blog which he works tirelessly on and writes from the heart offering great insight into his world and his life with Chiari!

4. Anything left at the end of the day will be donated to the Ann Conroy Trust to help further the development and research into Chiari and Syringomyelia.

I will publish a breakdown at the end of each year and declare where the money has gone and will produce records to anyone that is interested in seeing them in the interest of an open book policy.
